First race at Pueblo for the season and things started out rough. We tried to break in new tires, but they
never can in so we decided to go back to the old reliables. Once changing the tires we loosened the car up some and went out
to qualify Qualifying went pretty well since we qualified 6th and made the trophy dash. In the trophy dash we started
on the pole and finished 2nd to Danny Medina who pretty much owns the track. (Danny Medina will 99% of the time
win when we race in Pueblo). For the main we started 3rd and got shuffled back early. We got hung by some slower/blocker
drivers but for the most part it was a good night finishing 7th out of 13. The car was one of the best that Brittany
has had in Pueblo and she's excited to go back. Next weekend for Memorial weekend, we have a double header at Big Country
Speedway (Cheyenne, Wyoming) on Saturday and Colorado National Speedway (Erie, Colorado) on Sunday.

This weekend at Colorado National Speedway the legends
had the trophy dash. The night did not go so well for the legends though. Brittany had her fare share of problems too. Practice
started with the legends going after the Modified Coups who lay down a rubber that cause the legends to struggle for grip.
Brittany dealt with this problem like everyone else, but stilled had a fast car. Practice went well with the car fast, but
a little unstable. Half way through happy hour the car ran out of fuel causing the rest of the night to become
a long one. Once getting fuel back into the car Brittany was heading back to the on to the track and blew an oil line. Oil
was all over the pits, but it never hit the track. :) Brittany drew a good pill and was able to start 3rd in the trophy dash.
After a quick yellow in start of the trophy dash for a spin, Brittany had more problems. The wires running down the side of
the car got wrapped around the drive shaft. Once the wires were fixed Brittany was ready for the main and hoping for no more
problems. With not finishing the main event, she had to start dead on the field in 26th. On the start Brittany made up some
ground by passing about 5 cars. Around lap 15 Brittany had worked her way to 18th with a lose car and the car started to cut
in and out for the earlier wiring incident. At lap 17 the number 93 of John Baker and the number 84 of Mike Webber tangled
in turn 2 causing a nasty accident for John Baker. The race was then called 8 laps short due to the fact that John Baker was
air lifted out. We hope for the best recovery of Mr. Baker. Brittany finished 18th and all things considered it was an okay
night for the Duncan's.
